Mission
The National Alumnae Association of Spelman College (NAASC) is the official organization that supports Spelman College - a historically black college for women - through financial gifts, student recruitment, sisterhood, community service and recognition of Spelman women.
The Boston Area chapter was revitalized in 2006 and again in 2019 to meet the needs of nearly 200 Spelman College alumnae in the Boston area. The chapter sponsors events, works with the community and serves as a representative of Spelman College within the Boston area. The chapter is committed to informing prospective students and families, as well as the greater community about Spelman College and its benefits.
